In addition to the ease of transportation by sea and land and proximity to the airport due to being a city marina, Mersin Marina has shopping opportunities from national and international brands, restaurants, cafes, and bars, social activities with concerts and events, supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy, parking, children's entertainment area, sports, fitness & spa, swimming pool, marine equipment stores.

A 160-ton capacity travel lift, sea towing and launching service, slipway ramp, land parking services, bottom washing, and maintenance services are provided by Mersin Marina. Besides 7/24 safe boat mooring (med. mooring system) service with a sailor, diver, and diving tank filling; mooring service are always provided. Security services are provided 24/7 with an uninterrupted camera control and fire extinguishing system. General information and communication services are provided within the scope of office services. General services include 24-hour water and electricity, toilets, showers (for disabled and non-disabled guests), and laundry facilities. In addition to services at the grey water and used waste acceptance station, there is a fuel station and a helipad. With all these services Mersin Marina is ready to welcome mariners.
